 Para iniciar la sesión debes utilizar tu  matrícula como nombre de usuario y clave, si es la 1ra vez que ingresas.

Esta es la única manera de ingresar si entras por 1ra vez.  

Nuestra Aula Virtual no admite otros nombres de usuarios.  Asegúrate de utilizar los guiones al escribir tu matrícula.

• Usuario: <matrícula>
• Contraseña: <provista a usted>

Si no puedes ingresar la primera vez, intenta de nuevo, ya que el sistema necesita verificar tu usuario la primera vez que ingresas.

 Envíe un correo electrónico a la dirección comunicaciones@icda.edu.do y te proveeremos soporte con tu cuenta del aula virtual.

Para agilizar este proceso es importante que incluyas la siguiente información:

• Nombres y apellidos completos
• Matricula
• Descripción detallada del problema

Solucionaremos tu problema lo más pronto posible. 

Recuerda revisar tu correo electrónico con regularidad por si necesitamos información adicional.

 Read this information to begin your session:

To begin your session, you must use your id number (matrícula) both as user and password the first time you access.

This is the only way to begin a session if you are a first time user. 

Our Virtual Classroom does not admit any other usernames.  Make sure to use the dashes when you write your id number

• Username: <id number>
• Password: <provided to you>

If you cannot begin the session the first time, try again, as the system needs to verify your username upon first use.

In order to speed up this process , it is important that you to include this information:

• Complete Name and Last Names
• Id number (matrícula)
• A detailed description of the problem
